LAURA HOOGLAND

From an early age, Laura was influenced by her father’s musical talent. She developed a strong technical vision of music early on and learned to share this passion through music by her own compositions on the piano.

Fascinated by the power of rhythm and sound, she started her own DJ school after completing her studies for ergotherapist. At Belgium DJ school she inspires young talent to help them develop their musical skills as a DJ in the music industry.

Laura made her debut in 2019 where she played her first live sets for Top Radio, Versuz, Fuse Brussels, Labyrinth, Klub Melk, The Dansant and at numerous private events.

In 2022, Laura got to open the Extrema Outdoor Main (Printworks Stage) and did the warmup for Joseph Capriati (Labyrinth Club) and Massano (Klub Melk). She appeared at Ibiza Global Radio, played at Voodoo Village and had a spot right after Kapibara at her residency BLOQ events. She shared the stage with Recondite, Patrice Baumel and Âme & Dixon.

Right after this her first closing spots were confirmed such as Secret Garden and Bloq events. With her melodic (afro / industrial) tunes this young lady knows how to get the crowd going crazy. Next up, Laura will be warming up Adana Twins and Woo York (Dexterity), Nick Bril (Mirador)and she will be playing at ADE together with Jelle van Dael as new DJ duo: XYOMARA.

Now this young DJ is more than ready to spread her wings with a lot of ambition and talent.
